Sailboard Hire – Key Terms

  • Booking: Complete our enquiry form to receive a quote. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the balance due four weeks before your event.
  • Hire Prices: Prices start from £100, with additional charges for balloon decor, vinyl personalisation, or other customisations.
  • Hire Period: The sailboard must be returned or collected within 24-48 hours after the event.
  • Delivery & Setup: We will deliver, set up, and collect the sailboard at the agreed location. Sufficient space and access must be provided.
  • Damage & Liability: The hirer is responsible for the sailboard during the hire period. Any loss or damage will result in additional charges.
  • Cancellations: Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event forfeit full payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Use & Safety: The sailboard is decorative only. No adhesives, pins, or modifications should be made after setup.
