For bubble bouquets, you can add:

Order & Payment
- Website Orders – Browse and purchase available designs directly from our website.
- Custom Orders & Event Hire – Fill out our Enquiry Form for bespoke designs. We’ll confirm details, provide pricing, and arrange payment.
- Hire Bookings & Wedding Flowers – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due four weeks before your event.
Delivery, Collection & Hire Setup
We offer flexible options for receiving your order or event hire setup:
- Collection – Pick up your order from Aberlour at a time that suits you.
- Local Delivery – Available within 15 miles of Aberlour for an additional fee.

Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least four weeks before the event date.
- Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2. Hire Period
- The standard hire period is 24-48 hours.
- Extended hire is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.
3. Delivery, Setup & Collection
- We will deliver, set up, and collect the hire items at the agreed location and time.
- The hirer must ensure the setup area is clear and accessible before our arrival.
- If we are unable to set up due to unsuitable conditions or lack of access, the full hire fee will still be charged.
4. Responsibility & Damages
- The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the hire items during the rental period.
- Any repairs or replacements due to damage will be charged to the hirer.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were provided.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event will forfeit the full payment.
- Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
6. Use & Safety
- Hire items are for decorative purposes only and must not be altered, moved, or used improperly.
- No pins, adhesives, or permanent decorations should be added to the hire items.
- If any misuse results in damage, repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Shipping Information
We ship Monday through Thursday via DHL tracked delivery and aim to dispatch your order within four days of confirmation. All balloons are quality-checked for 48 hours before shipping. Once items leave our possession, they become your responsibility. Please follow the aftercare instructions included with your order. We are not liable for damages that occur during shipping.

How long do the balloons last?
Our balloons are designed for long-lasting enjoyment. With proper aftercare, they can last six months or more. They are made from a durable, stretchy plastic and are completely air-filled.
Do you offer different colours?
Yes! We are happy to create custom designs for our customers. Our website showcases standard offerings, but we can accommodate most requests. If you have a specific idea in mind, please fill out our Enquiry Form, and we will be happy to assist you.
What happens if I need to cancel a hire booking?
Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the full payment. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.

Yes! We offer bridal bouquets, bridesmaids’ bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, and floral accessories that last forever. If you have an inspiration photo or specific theme in mind, we’d love to create something special for your big day.
