Balloon Hoop Hire – Key Terms

  • Booking: Complete our enquiry form to receive a quote. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the balance due four weeks before your event.
  • Hire Prices: Pricing varies based on size and design. Additional decor or customisations may incur extra charges.
  • Hire Period: The balloon hoop must be returned or collected within 24-48 hours after the event.
  • Delivery & Setup: We will deliver and set up the hoop at the agreed location. Sufficient space and access must be provided.
  • Damage & Liability: The hirer is responsible for the balloon hoop and decorations once installed. Any loss or damage to the hoop will result in additional charges.
  • Cancellations: Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event forfeit full payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Use & Safety: The balloon hoop is decorative only. No pins, adhesives, or modifications should be made after setup.
